I'm David Harris and I created this website
I have been a web designer for 25 years, a virtual shopkeeper, an organiser of business networking events and a Spiritualist, but not necessarily in that order!. I am a spiritualist, have over 20 years experience with Aromatherapy and more recently with Crystals and Angel & Oracle cards.
Of course you do not have to be a Spiritualist to appreciate the Spiritual side of life. There are many spiritual practices. These do not have to be mystical or religious. There is great evidence that people who take part in spiritual practices are happier, suffer less from depression and have better health. Of course we can explain this biologically. Less stress hormones alone will lead to a better health outcomes in itself, however many of us believe there is more to it.
Why this website?
The aim of this website is quite simply the spread of knowledge. Visitors and members can interperet things as they wish. If you learn how to meditate and that lowers your stress and improves your interactions then that is awesome. If you learn to love yourself and others and build a connection with the Universe then that is even more awesome.
Another aim is also to support spiritual practitioners in spreading the word, so I will be offering my expertise to create and promote websites. The results will be way better than self builds and costs way lower than traditional web design companies. We use third party services but the aim to popularise spiritual practices, not make big fat profits!
Being skeptical is healthy. Being closed-minded is not.
A hard-line atheist would believe that we live in a material universe. We are nothing more than biological machines or "lumbering robots". Everything that we are is entirely enclosed in our head. I know this not to be true.
